2026 Annual Meeting Registration

Use this form to register for the 2026 Pavlovian Society Annual Meeting, to be held in Montréal, Québec, Canada,
September 17-19, 2026. All attendees, including speakers and presenters, must register. Please be ready with your payment
information upon form submission.

Some important things to note before you register:

a) All who attend will be expected to agree to abide by the Society's Code of Conduct.

b) All who attend must pay the meeting registration fee. This includes speakers and presenters.
Prior to June 30: Full/ Post-doc : $450 USD; Student: $300 USD.
July 1- August 31: fees increase by $100 USD. Full/ Post-doc: $550 USD; Student: $400 USD.

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 31. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE THIS YEAR.

c) Our meeting will be hosted at CHUM & Union Française. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Centric Old Montreal; details may be found on the Upcoming Meeting page.

d) To enter Canada, you must have a valid passport and potentially an eTA or travel visa (U.S. exempt). Please check the Canadian government’s immigration website for requirements.

e) If you plan on attending the Women in Learning luncheon on the Saturday corresponding meeting, you have the option to RSVP early and donate here. Suggested donation $20; first 30 get a limited edition gift.
