Presenter Information:
Speakers & Chairs
Chairs get up to 5 min of introduction for their session.
Each speaker has 20 min total (~15 min + 5 min Q&A).
Keynote speakers will have 30 min total (~25 min + 5 min Q&A).
Data Blitz presenters will have 5 min total, including Q&A.
Note: To stick to our schedule, we request that the Chairs gather all talks in their individual sessions and upload onto one laptop (either your own or onto an A/V-provided laptop).
For international travelers: you will need a Type I power adapter for outlets in Australia.
Poster Abstracts & ECR Data Blitz
Data blitz selectees will still present posters. If your data blitz was not selected, your abstract was automatically be accepted as a poster. Unless contacted, ALL posters are accepted into the program.
Please check your poster number and presentation time in the final program.
Poster boards will be 1.2 m H by 1.8 m W (approx. 48”H by 72”W) and pins will be provided.
Hotel Info & Things To Do
Our 2025 meeting will be held between Thursday, August 7 through Saturday, August 10, 2025 in Sydney, Australia at the W hotel in Darling Harbour: Luxury Sydney Hotel | W Sydney. The W hotel is walking distance to main attractions including the harbour, botanical gardens, and museums. Check out Sydney Things to Do here!

NOTE: To enter Australia, you must fill out the Subclass 601 Electronic Travel Authority short-term visa form and have a valid passport from a participating country (e.g., US, Canada, Japan, most of Europe). Non-participating countries need the Subclass 600 Visitor Visa.
If you cannot attend the 2025 meeting, members are encouraged to pay dues of $25 to support the Society and keep an active membership.
