Poster Abstracts & ECR Data Blitz
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS, DATA BLITZ, AND AWARDS HAS CLOSED.
***Data blitz selectees will still present posters. If your data blitz is not selected, your abstract will still be automatically be accepted as a poster. Unless contacted, ALL posters are accepted into the program.
Travel and Bucci Awardees will be notified privately in May. All Awardees will be announced publicly and the Annual Meeting. See Award Terms & Conditions for eligibility criteria and more detailed information.
Note for Poster Presenters: Poster boards will be 48” by 72” and pins will be provided.
Hotel Information
Our 2025 meeting will be held between Thursday, August 7 through Saturday, August 10, 2025 in
Sydney, Australia at the W hotel in Darling Harbour: Luxury Sydney Hotel | W Sydney. The W hotel
is walking distance to main attractions including the harbour, botanical gardens, and museums.
We have secured longer room blocks for those who wish to stay beyond the conference.
