Call for Symposia

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Friday, February 20 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Proposed speakers should already be confirmed upon proposal submission to aid in review.

Poster Abstracts

Please check back here for the call for abstracts, to be released in Spring 2026.
Please check your poster number and presentation time in the final program.
Poster boards will be 1.2 m H by 1.8 m W (approx. 48”H by 72”W) and pins will be provided.

Hotel Info

We have secured a block of rooms at the historic Hyatt Centric Old Montréal at a reduced meeting rate. Both king rooms and double queen rooms are available for booking. Rooms must be booked by August 4, 2026 to receive the discount. Link coming soon.

Schedule & Venue Info

The 2026 meeting will take place across two locations: Union Française de Montréal [429 Avenue Viger E] and the adjacent Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) [1000 R. Saint-Denis]. The schedule and venue locations are as follows:
